The signed contracts are the effect of many months of discussion and negotiation to allow us to agree on the final wording of the contracts. Within the cooperation agreement, the parties agreed to undertake long-term, joint activities aimed at improving the position on the market of maintenance and investment services connected with power equipment. It was agreed that the parties would cooperate and support each other in relation to power plant servicing, as well as new, rebuilt and upgraded steam boilers. In short, the aim of cooperation is to make the best use of the experience, manufacturing resources, capabilities and positions of PAK SERWIS and BABCOCK so as to keep up with the development of investments relating to upgrades of power plants and new installations.
